The Ideas Hub is run by the Ideas Alliance CIC. The Ideas Alliance is a social enterprise aimed at promoting the benefits of collaborative, strengths-based and community driven approaches.

We believe passionately in these approaches and we love meeting people and hearing stories about people who have already made a difference, be they communities or services, commissioners or volunteers.

We aim to accelerate progress towards a future where public services work in equal partnership with people rather than to or for them, using collaborative and strengths-based approaches such as coproduction, restorative practice, appreciative inquiry and strength based community development.

There are countless people trying to change things in their small way, but are unknown to others. The Ideas Alliances combines storytelling with workshops, consultancy and digital communications, connecting innovators and pioneers from different places and sectors. Through gathering and broadcasting different voices we can tell a bigger, clearer story that builds momentum and confidence until the case for change can’t be ignored.

The Ideas Alliance was set up by Linda Hutchinson, Helen Sharp, Greg Watson and Anna Eaton. We work with a wide range of organisations and have a wealth of experience in community engagement, collaborative practices, coproduction and health and social care.
